▌Introduction

Trello is the task tracking board.

We will learn how to copy an exist Agile Trello template into our Trello.

▌Steps

▋Copy Template Board

Go to Template Board: Agile with Trello.

From the menu, click on the “more…”

Choose “Copy Board” and complete the settings.

▋Features

We can see the familiar list like,

l   Product backlog

l   Sprint backlog

l   Current backlog

l   Done

▋Product/Sprint backlog

In a backlog, we can

1.  Choose the Estimated points (often used) and Consumed points (optional).

2.  Edit description.

3.  Add several comments.

4.  See the history activities.

5.  Add members

6.  Add labels, such as

And list and backlogs could be sorted on Trello. We can use this feature to manage the priorities of our backlogs.

Furthermore, we can connect Trello tasks with other famous platforms, such as Github, Slack, SurveyMonkey and more!
