Type the command as following to change the code page to 65001(UTF-8 Unicode).

chcp 65001

1.Open RUN (Hotkeys: Win+R) and type regedit to open register.

2.Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor]

3.Add new key and value:
Autorun: chcp  65001
